Had an oil change there once. They said I had a ton of work that needed to be done. I had 1 thing fixed and the oil changed. Called them to schedule an oil change a second time many months later. I left work early so that I could make it on time to my appointment. I had confirmed my appointment a day earlier on the phone. When I got to my appointment the manager asked what happened to the estimated work. I said some of it still had to be done and 2 things had been done in my parent's city in Burlington when I went home. He refused to take my appointment after I said that unless I was going to have work on my car done there that day. I lost money leaving work early, wasted gas money, my time and then had to wait 4 more days afterwards to get an appointment elsewhere. A rude and cutthroat business that has no concern for its customers.

Just had some work done at Silverstar... The shop is bright and clean. Pat explained the issues with my car thoroughly and helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. The work was done quickly and the price was fair. I highly recommend!
