I used Silver Star Body Shop before when I had a flat tired and I known them from my neighbour and this morning I visited them again for my door which I cannot open and I think something wrong with the lock . I talk to the owner and he is very approachable and very friendly like the first guy that I talk before whom their services are so good. Booked an appointment online on the weekend, selected a couple of service dates , with no expectations of hearing anything back . To my surprise my appointment was booked for Monday at 9am via email. I decided to phone the garage to explain my situation, that call was so well handled I was impressed. Dropped my vehicle off they could not find any issues , and their advice was that they do not believe in selling parts that you do not need . Instead of other garages trying to sell you everything, they do business the right way . And because of that have gained a new customer. Get job guys .

Making the appointment was easy. Patrick documented information about the car and the issue I was concerned about ( hum in the rear of car ). I was wondering if I would get an honest evaluation. Within a few hours they texted me with their findings and provided a comprehensive maintenance review with recommended repairs. They did not change me for the maintenance review. I was charged only a half an hour for the problem with the car. It was not rounded up to one hour. They were courteous, efficient, had reasonable pricing and good service. I’ll be going back to their shop.

I took my 2006 Toyota Matrix in this past summer to have my winter tires switched over. At that time Pat and his team did an inspection that uncovered a couple of serious issues, one I kind of knew something was up, the other not so much. I had to put off the work until this past November, so I went in to get my summer tires switched over and asked Pat if I could get the work he had recommended, and estimated 6 months ago, done while I was out of town for 10 days, so this meant he'd have my car on his lot for over 10 days! No problem! I left the car with him and when I returned Pat gave me a brand new car! Well, maybe not brand new, but it came close to the feeling of being in a brand new car, if he had sprayed the interior with "brand new car" scent, I would have been wondering! The invoice was not an aftershock either, as it was pretty close to what was estimated 6 months ago! I once again love my Matrix! I even feel better about getting some body work done next. Thanks for the fabulous work Pat and your Team, and for bringing back the joy of driving my car! I will be back for any future work and will highly recommend Silverstar to my friends!
