Brought my vehicle in on a Wed. for an oil pan replacement, because it's 4×4 somethings were obstucting the job so was a little more involved than just undoing a couple of bolts & dropping the pan.Pat called me Thurs morn. and says it's all done & ready to go plus $100 less than he figured! They are careful with my vehicle, considerate of my time and money, and they always spend the time to discuss the issues they have found and ways to manage them. There have been times where I have had to postpone service, and they let me know whether this is safe, and what the risks are. Their rates are competitive. I especially appreciate the level of technology they bring to the process - I get all the information I need in an easy to understand and easy to manage format.
