They are flexible, provide loaners and generally more interested in establishing a long term relationship with their customer that is based on trust. Their online tracking tool also is very useful in understanding the vehicle status.

Friendly staff but kind of slow. The oil change that I went there for took over 30 minutes - it shouldn't take that long just for an oil change

I would not recommend this garage. I had to bring in my vehicle to another garage to correct their incompetence for a simple oil change. When my car leaked oil all over my driveway after dealing with them. They will never be taking a wrench to my vehicle ever again.

Had an oil change there once. They said I had a ton of work that needed to be done. I had 1 thing fixed and the oil changed. Called them to schedule an oil change a second time many months later. I left work early so that I could make it on time to my appointment. I had confirmed my appointment a day earlier on the phone. When I got to my appointment the manager asked what happened to the estimated work. I said some of it still had to be done and 2 things had been done in my parent's city in Burlington when I went home. He refused to take my appointment after I said that unless I was going to have work on my car done there that day. I lost money leaving work early, wasted gas money, my time and then had to wait 4 more days afterwards to get an appointment elsewhere. A rude and cutthroat business that has no concern for its customers.
