Patrick and staff were very personable. The plan was to have me drop off my winter rims so that when my new snows arrived they could mount and balance them and then they'd book me an appointment to come in and have them installed on my van. Just as I arrived to drop off my rims, the snows were delivered and they immediately set about to get the new tires ready and onto my van in relatively short order. Its was a very good transaction!
