My daughter was having issues with her 2012 Pathfinder, loud noise and burnt rubber smell. Called Patrick this morning and asked when he could have a look at it. His answer was "you can come right now". Turns out the AC compressor was seized and caused the belt to rub against the pulley which caused the burnt rubber smell. I must say that i am impressed with how courteous, professional and accommodating Patrick was... He truly lived up to his reputation. My daughter drove home this afternoon with her SUV repaired. I needed to have my winter tires put on. Called him in the morning and asked me to bring the car right in the same morning.
