We were racing home from Ottawa to Scarborough to beat a snowstorm with our infant son snoozing when our electronics started to shut down while on the 417. We got off the nearest off-ramp and pulled up to Silverstar as the nearest garage. Without any warning or notice - we asked if they could fix our car immediately so we could be on our way. Without hesitation, Pat and his team ordered parts and offered us a loaner car. They communicated the timelines consistently and were very customer focused. Not only did they handle themselves like true professionals, but they fixed the car (ordered and installed new alternator) in 2 hours from when we showed up. What could have been a disastrous day turned into just a blip. This kind of care and service is really hard to find and we couldn't be more thankful to them. I would recommend Silverstar to everyone in Ottawa and will be sending my in-laws there for service. Thanks guys!

Patrick and his team turned a stressful situation into a painless and pleasant experience. I had a check engine light come on yesterday and they were able to do a quick yet thorough diagnostic. Having a full report and estimates explained to me and sent straight to my email was very convenient and took any guesswork out of knowing what my car needed and what to expect. I was able to have the repair done in a timely manner and was even provided a loaner car for the wait-time. I've been having my vehicles serviced at SilverStar for a couple years now. My overall impression is that they are honest and trustworthy. I've always been happy with their service. Everything they have ever suggested I need replacement or fixing on my vehicles have been well justified by clear diagnostics that they send to you over email. Pat, the owner is very easy to work with. He has always taken the time needed to answer my questions. I also find their actual work exceeds my expectations and the pricing is reasonable. These are the qualities I look for in a garage. I highly recommend SilverStar.

Pat and his guys are super knowledgeable and just as honest. When I take my car to pat I am confident that I’m getting it at the best price. If pat tells me I need something fixed, it’s because I need it! And he doesn’t try to talk me in to repairs I don’t need, and has even successfully talked me out of a few! Will continue to take my cars to pat as long as they keep breaking.
