I was driving to a appointment yesterday morning and blew a tire on Greenbank. I knew I was close to SILVERSTAR so I limped my car there. I explained I couldn’t miss my appointment. Pat was extremely helpful immediately . He had one of his team put my spare on so I could make my appointment. I asked him to order me 4 new tires, and I would come back the next day for installation. They called me in the morning to agree on a time to meet up at the shop. When I arrived they started doing my tires within minutes. I asked if I could get my oil changed as well and wasn’t a problem. Everyone was friendly and i was more then impressed with there service. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs vehicle repair. Thank you to Pat and his team. Will be back for sure, cheers!

Though i needed a new starter. Turns out it was a simple loose nut. Honest and very fair.

Had two cars safety certified for Ontario registration - a Tesla and an Aston Martin. The owner, Patrick, and his entire team were courteous, helpful, and pleasant to interact with. Their work was very thorough, even finding something that the Aston shop hadn't noticed. Particularly impressive was the overall communication with Silverstar, such as the text messages, reminders, and supply of the inspection report - all done electronically and efficiently. While some dealers and other services companies have that caliber of communications, it's uncommon to find it in independents like Silverstar. This is clearly a credit to Patrick and his vision.

Patrick is awesome!! He made my experience at his garage stress free and easy going. When you have an appointment book you get a text message to confirm your appointments and remind you. After you have done your services you get an email copy of your receipt. I highly recommend Silver Star Automotive Solutions as a garage to do business with if you are in need of getting your car serviced
